Jon Bivens started Maintenance Man six years ago. Jon realized that there was a need for people to have honest, reliable maintenance work performed - even small jobs. Not many contractors have ventured into this general area of work. Most contractors are very specialized and tend to drive up the costs in their field. Maintenance Man is a small family-owned business that has stayed successful by providing top quality work at reasonable prices. It shouldn't come as any surprise to those familiar with Contractors that the best way to get good business is to get repeat business.

Jon knows how difficult it can be sometimes to get good honest help. He jokes sometimes that he is growing his own help - by way of children. Jon has been married for 11 years and has 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl).

Maintenance Man has years of experience in the real estate industry. From managing maintenance crews at one of the largest apartment complexes in Charlotte to rehabbing Section 8 housing, we have seen it all.
