If you stopped by this site in January, you saw that I was just too busy to update my sites. But never fear! There is a bunch of news to tell you. Plus, of course, I've taken a lot more puppy pictures!! If you haven't been by the puppy site yet, click HERE and let the pictures start loading up while you finish reading this page. |

- The Weather
- What can I really say about the weather than the old Ohioan adage: "Don't like the weather? Wait a minute. It'll change." January ended by bringing some much-welcomed warmth (I really have lived in Ohio too long. I actually consider 40 degrees as a heat wave!!); while February quickly turned back to snow and arctic cold.

- My Job
- I have recently devoted a great deal of time to my work; but I really do love it! Seems everyone, but me, knew that we would be putting our car inventory on another website. So I ended up spending nearly every waking minute for about three days re-typing all that information. (There's a lot of data on nearly 350 cars!!) The good results from my effort are that 100% of the vehicles have stickers now, 99% of the inventory is on, and I jazzed up the photos for all the vehicles.
- Life @ Home
- My babies are growing up!! ("Breeders" are lucky. Their children STAY babies for so long. My little babies will be nearly full grown within 9 months.) Over the last couple of weeks, Aries and Zeus have learned to go up AND down the back steps; how to bark and howl; how to climb up onto the waterbed; that human food comes in packages and is very yummy; that snow is fun to play in, but cold when it's on your fur; and hopefully they have learned not to chew my tennis shoes (although I think that this lesson will need some more re-enforcement!).
Let me interject some other thoughts about my doggies right now. First, the babies make me laugh! If, as Snoopy believes, that happiness is a warm puppy, then JOY is two puppies! Their
latest antic is to play prairie dogs. Since I have a king size water bed, I have 8 pillows in two rows across the head of the bed. The Boyz burrow under the pillows, periodically poking their heads up. I had to pull back a couple of the pillows and dig them out. They were making me laugh too hard as they played and fought underneath there.
My other thought has been that I now have Pack #2. The first one included Apple to Triumph along with Randy. This new pack is composed of me, three boys and Gabby. The second pack is much rowdier than the first pack; but they have ALL been worth having.
Once again, construction has been going on around my home. I'm sure that that is going to be an on-going problem for me, as they rebuild the school beside my house. |

As I was getting ready to upload this, I received a very bizarre piece of information. Lately, I've been really irritated with my roomie. He's just way too lazy and irresponsible for a 31 yr. old, so I bitched him out about not contributing food, housework, or money to the house. Now he's gotten a serious bout of the flu. I don't know what to be more upset about - the fact that he still hasn't been contributing to the household, the fact that he still owes me over $300 and has been losing work time because of his illness, or the fact that he is filling my house with germs!! (yes, I have a germ phobia. Considering any little ol' germ could be the one to kill me, I freak out anytime people cough or sneeze at work; much less germs being released in my own home! John has been dating a woman (well, to be honest, all their dating has consisted of them doing the "wild thing" about half a dozen times over the past two months). Now, not even a year since my ex-roomie Jodi (the current roomie's older sister) went crazy and married(!) a Mexican she only knew for two months; but John has plans to propose to his new girlfriend next week!! I swear! I will NEVER have any
member of this family as my roommate again. They are just too freaky for me!!
