Last Christmas I was a little sad - Randy was gone, most of the dogs were gone, Randy's step-father was gravely ill. But there was one redeeming feature - puppies were on the way! This year, I've got four happy dogs bounding around; I'm still surviving even though I was sick for several months in the middle of the year; I've still got a great job and, to top it all off, we're having great weather so far this winter - no extreme cold, and no snow . . . yet! |
| But the most amazing news for this holiday season is that I will be going HOME!! Home to North Carolina. (Well, acutally to South Carolina, since my mom moved just across the state line a few years ago.) And how did I arrange this Holiday Trip? I didn't!! The other day I utterly surprised when I was presented with an airline itenaray and spending cash by several very kind people that I work with at Waikem Auto Group. Not only did they get me the plane flight, but they got the first flight there and the last flight back, giving me the MOST time home that their money could buy. Right here, right now, I'd like to give another big THANKS to these people! | |
