Game Rules
Badminton
Singles or Doubles, Win or Lose, you’ll earn points for every round you play! Collect a Poker Card for this event.

Everyone needs to play one Singles game (you vs. someone else) and one Doubles round (that's you and a partner against two other opponents). Play consists of serving the birdie and returning until your opponent misses. A point is scored by the serving side. When the serving side misses, play passes to the opposite side. A round is finished with 10 points.

Collect your score from a Score Keeper and add it to your Scoring Folder,
along with a Poker Card.
Ring Toss
Toss the hoola-hoop ring and get it to stay around the scattered pop bottles floating in the pool for lots of points. Different size  bottles, floating at different heights, will give everyone a challenge. Collect a Poker Card for this event.

Standing at the ladder, you will have to toss the Ring across the pool. The object is to get the Ring to catch on one (or more) of the floating 2-liter bottles. Each bottle is marked with a point value (25,50,75,100,150,200,500). There is also a "dancing dolphin" float in the pool that is worth 100 points. Non-playing guests will sit around the pool to collect the tossed Ring and to occasionally up the excitement level of the game with some "wave action". If time allows, you can play a second time to improve your score.

Volleyball
Team up! Boys vs. Girls, Kids vs. Adults. Keep the Beach Balls in the air AND in the pool. Lose points by letting Balls get away; but gain points back by running around the pool and collecting all the “escaping” Balls.

After dividing into teams, the rules are similar to Badminton. Play consists of serving the beach ball and returning until your opponents miss. A point is scored by the serving side. When the serving side misses, play passes to the opposite side. A round is finished with 10 points. Each ball that goes out will cost a team -50 points each; but collecting the balls from outside the pool will gain you and your team members 150 points. Beware of the judges declaring "Reverse Scores", when the teams scores will be switched!

Ball Toss
Gilligan’s Island gets flipped upside down and you get points for all the koosh balls you can put through the hole in the center. Collect a Poker Card for this event.

Standing at the ladder, the object is to throw as many balls as possible through the hole in the "Gilligan's Island" float. Each ball in is worth 10 points. Non-playing guests will sit around the pool to collect the Koosh Balls and to occasionally up the excitement level of the game with some "wave action". If time allows, you can play a second time to improve your score.

Pooltag
The main event for the party. All guest and Pooltag participants are judges for this event. Points are based on best costume, best music, best showing, worst showing, and the Titanic Award if you sink!

Build a float from 2-liter pop bottles and get from one side of the pool to the other. Pick a theme and use costumes and music to make your boating excursion exciting and entertaining!
Crazy Kick
Tired of badminton? Try kicking the crazy ball into the pool, if you can! Collect a Poker Card for this event.

Standing behind the solar panel in the backyard behind the pool, you will get 10 chances to kick the Crazy Ball into the pool. Every ball in is worth 150 points.

Broncing Aquatic Animals
Ride the gator, shark, whale – with waves! It’s one thing to stay on the floats; but how long can you stay on top when the swells start building in the pool!

Climb up on the gator, shark or whale float ("Alley" - 300 pts, "Loan" - 200 pts, and "Blue" - 150 pts). Stay on for at least 30 seconds to gain points. Other players will try to get you to "dismount" by adding waves to the pool.

Koosh Toss
Toss koosh balls through the hole and whap other players in the head! Or put your head through the hole and get double points each time you get whacked! Collect a Poker Card for this event if you play as a target.

Standing at the ladder, you'll aim and try to throw the koosh balls through a hole cutout in a sheet hanging around the far side of the pool. If you get the ball through, you get points. If you can hit someone's head poked through the hole, you will get points and they will get double points! To win a Poker Card in this event, you'll have to put your head through the hole and be a target.

Poker
If you play enough games throughout the day (Badminton, Ring Toss, Ball Toss, Crazy Kick, Koosh Toss), you will receive five Poker Cards and be able to bet your points to win even more points with your hand of cards.

Make sure to play the games to get your five cards for a Poker Hand. An extra 50 points awarded for the best hand.
