If any activities are going to be recorded, then CatSpy needs to be running
(you can right click on this page and choose PRINT)

1 Check to see if you can the CatSpy icon
in the Windows SystemTray

The icon might be set to "auto-hide"
On Windows XP, click the arrow beside the SystemTray to see if the CatSpy icon is there.

2 If you do not see this icon,
check to see if the program is running by using the Windows TaskManager.

a. Press CTL_ALT-DEL once to bring up the TaskManager

b. Click the label "IMAGE NAME" to sort the list, then look for "CatSpy"

c. If CatSpy is listed, click it once to highlight it and then click END PROCESS

Then follow the procedures to Start CatSpy

3 If you do see the icon:

a. Double click the icon to show CatSpy
     (or right click and choose "Show Window")

b. Click the window Maximize button

c. Click the Cam Window Maximize button

d. If you cannot see the ACTIVATE button,
    close the Info Window

e. If the status is not "Off Schedule",
    click ACTIVATE once

f. Click the minimize button and CatSpy should record during the next scheduled times

If CatSpy does not minimize to the SystemTray, follow these procedures
